Den Haag, 25 juli 2023 – Paragin Group, toonaangevende aanbieder van EdTech-oplossingen met een gespecialiseerd aanbod voor online software voor het ontwikkelen van kennis en competenties, heeft trainingadministratie-softwareleverancier Coachview overgenomen, met de steun van strategische investeerder Main Capital Partners (“Main”). De overname van Coachview markeert de tweede aanvullende acquisitie door Paragin, nadat ze in 2022 de krachten bundelden met SOWISO, specialist in op wiskunde gebaseerde toets- en leersoftware. De toevoeging van Coachview aan de Paragin Group creëert een uitgebreid productaanbod met een sterke gecombineerde expertise, technologisch leiderschap en een gedeelde klantenkring.
Coachview is ontwikkelaar van SaaS-oplossingen voor cursusadministratie die de digitale ruggengraat vormt van dienstverleners in het onderwijs. De oplossing wordt gebruikt door scholen, trainingsbureaus, opleidings- en exameninstellingen op alle onderwijsniveaus, in Nederland en België.
De combinatie van Coachview en de Paragin Group markeert een nieuwe mijlpaal in de buy-and-build-strategie van de EdTech-groep. Samen positioneert de Group zich uniek als de meest uitgebreide leverancier van software voor opleidings- en onderwijsinstellingen, die levenslang leren op elke stap van hun reis ondersteunt.

Dit helpt opleidingsinstellingen om workflows te automatiseren en de organisatorische efficiëntie te optimaliseren, terwijl leerlingen worden voorzien van verbeterde (geïndividualiseerde) beoordelingen en betere leerresultaten.

Paragin Group acquires training administration software provider Coachview
